This Warranty Does Not Cover
- Usure normale
- Assemblage incorrect
- Corrosion
- Mauvais entretien
- Installation de composants, pièces ou accessoires non destinés ou compatibles à l’origine avec le vélo tel que vendu
- Dommages ou pannes dus à un accident, une mauvaise utilisation, un abus ou une négligence
- Frais de main-d’œuvre pour le remplacement ou le changement de pièce
- Produits non exclusifs (toute autre pièce ou composant d’origine) couverts par la garantie du fabricant d’origine
- Rayures cosmétiques ou imperfections non structurelles sur les jantes ou les roues

This warranty applies to:
- Tous les vélos de l’année modèle 2022 et plus récents
- Pièces et accessoires achetés après le 14 décembre 2021.
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item at the manufacturer’s discretion. This warranty extends from the date of receipt. MIDONKEY is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages unless prohibited by state law. Claims made outside the country of original purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions. Warranty duration and detail may vary by country. The English version of the warranty shall prevail.
